Some other common phrases have to do with buying. Any time you want to buy something, you will want to ask how much it is:

You can also say how much does it cost:
¿Cuánto cuesta?

If you are buying something you will also want to know how to say, "how much do I owe you?" This is said like this:
¿Cuánto le debo?
It literally means, "How much do I owe you?" This is good to use at the end of a taxi ride, for example.
