Acne can such a problem for your appearance and in social settings. Here are some ways to finally stop and cure acne.

  1. Step 1

  2. Step 2

    Take an inventory of type of foods you are regularly eating- are you eating a lot of chocolate, snacks, food high in sugar, hydrogentated oils, that may cause breakout. - Choose more foods high in zinc and supplement with Vitamin A. Zinc is an antibacterial agent. Eat fruits such as strawberries, grapes and pineapple. Avoid processed foods, because they have iodine which can worsen acne. Avoid hydrogenated oils, shortenings and margarines, lots of fried foods and spicy foods. Eating these foods continually eventually shows up on your face.

  3. Step 3
