Things You'll Need:
- 3 Oolong tea bags
- 1 envelope (.25oz) unsweetened gelatin
- 1 1/2 c fat free half & half
- 1/3 c granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 c water
- 6 ramekins
- sugar free chocolate sauce
- strawberries
- saucepan, whisk and small bowl

Step 1
Boil water in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add the 3 Oolong tea bags. Cover and let steep for five minutes. Then discard bags.

In a small bowl combine half & half and gelatin. Let this mixture sit until softened -about three minutes.

Add sugar to saucepan with Tea. Bring to a boil, whisking until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.

Add gelatin mixture and vanilla extract to the tea mixture in the saucepan. Whisk together until gelatin dissolves.

Step 5
Strain mixture and pour into ramekins or individual baking cups. Place in refrigerator to chill for 6 hours.

Before serving, drizzle Panna Cotta with sugar free chocolate syrup and garnish with cut strawberries.
