Things You'll Need:
- blender
- small or medium-sized banana
- handful of oats
- about 6 frozen or fresh strawberries
- a handful of blueberries and/or blackberries
- milk or soy milk
- optional: Vanilla or Chocolate protein powder (I use Designer Whey)

Step 1
Break up the banana into pieces. Drop the fruit and oats into the blender. Add one serving (about 6 tablespoons) of protein powder. Then pour in enough milk or soy milk to almost cover all of the other ingredients.

Step 2
Turn on the blender until the mixture is smooth and creamy. (If the blender gets stuck, try adding more liquid or stirring up the ingredients at the bottom with a spoon.)

Pour it into a glass, and enjoy! This is a healthy, highly nutritious treat for your body and your taste buds. This is sure to be a hit with family and friends and sure tastes better than donuts for breakfast!
