Avoid Medication for Yeast Infection

There are numerous medication for yeast infection treatments available today but a lot of women don't respond to these medications completely. These medicines may treat the symptoms and get rid of the pain briefly, but soon the Candida infection is back.

The best thing to do is use a natural yeast infection remedy and take precautions to avoid future yeast infections.

Not only may medication for yeast infections not always work - as time goes on, it becomes increasingly important to try and eliminate as many medications from our systems as possible. Our bodies weren't designed to be filled with synthetic, unnatural drugs and treatments.

Things You'll Need:

  • A Yeast Infection =)
  1. Step 1

You will first want to determine that it is in fact a yeast infection and not an STD or some other serious condition. Some symptoms of a yeast infections include - vaginal soreness, redness to the vagina, vaginal itching, vaginal discharge (may be lumpy, thick and white like cottage cheese), too painful for intercourse, burning while urinating etc. Men can also get Candida infections and the symptoms will be similar but at the tip of the ****. If you are unfamiliar with Candida infections, it is very important to talk with your physician first to determine that it is in fact a yeast infection.

  2. Step 2

An alternative to using medication for your yeast infection is to use a natural Candida outbreak treatment. There are some really good natural remedies out there which will treat your Candida completely and in a short period of time. Why take medications when you can treat yourself all naturally at home?

  3. Step 3

Some women have more outbreaks when they exercise. They will sweat through their clothing which creates the perfect environment for Candida to grow. In order to avoid this from happening, make sure to change your clothes immediately after exercising.

  4. Step 4

In order to prevent taking medication for yeast infection treatment, you will want to try and prevent future outbreaks. Some precautions to take include watching your diet. Reduce the amount of sugar you consume as well as alcohol. Eating yogurt helps to maintain a healthy balance of "good" bacteria which helps to suppress the Candida. Exercising is also an important factor in preventing Candida outbreaks. Women who are overweight tend to get yeast infections more frequently. Avoid tight pants that don't breathe, wet clothes, and nylon as they trap heat.

If you do suffer from Candida - try and avoid taking medication for you yeast infection.

    Your body will thank you!
