"Tacos in a Bag" are a great party food idea for kids and adults--and there's less mess.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Individual, mini bags of Doritos or other nacho chips
  • Taco meat
  • lettuce
  • shredded cheese
  1. Step 1

First, make the taco meat like you normally would on the stove. Get this done first and give it enough time to cool off.

  2. Step 2

Arrange the lettuce and shredded cheese, and any other extras in separate bowls. Get the individual bags of Doritos or nachos out and include them here.

  3. Step 3

Open a bag of nachos and once the taco meat is cooled down, take a spoon and scoop the meat into the bag. Close the bag and shake it up a few times to mix the meat around.

  4. Step 4

Do the same step with the other food items in the bowls. Put a few scoops of anything in at a time and close the bag and shake it to get everything mixed around. Have people make their own bags according to ingredient preference.

  5. Step 5

You now have tacos in a bag! No fork or spoon needed, just use a nacho to scoop up meat and cheese to eat.
