Antioxidants are compounds that prevent damage to cells. The body can make its own but rely heavily on antioxidants from your diet.
First get a package of frozen cranberries and put in a big pot with 4 Cups of water and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 15 minutes. Drain and cool. Drink all day long with ice and stevia. You can add some water to dilute this. Great to drink with flax seed, it really cleans you out and removes fat.

  2. Step 2
    Lemons

    Lemons

Eat fresh berries first thing every morning. Blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries are so delicious.

  3. Step 3
    Frozen mixed berries

Incorporate lemons in your cooking everyday. Make Lemonade. Squeeze lemons in water - 1 lemon to every 4 Cups and add some natural stevia. Not only is this a antooxiant it also detoxes you. Pour hot water in a coffee cup with 2 T. lemon and stevia when you first wake up - boy is this healthy for you.

  4. Step 4
    Cranberry Cocktail

Buy frozen mixed berries if you have a hard time finding fresh berries. (Also save some money and buy bags of frozen organic berries.) Put frozen berries in a blender - about one cup with banana, water, and a organic apple cut up with Nuplus and you have enough nutrition then most people have in a month.

  5. Step 5
    Dark Chocolate
