Things You'll Need:
- Internet access
-
Step 1
Skip the cell phone store when it comes to accessories. The salesperson that sells you your new phone will most likely try to sell you various accessories. You can almost always find cheaper versions of the same accessories elsewhere.
-
Step 2
Look at discount stores, such as Wal-Mart, and electronics stores. You will find a larger variety of accessories than the cell phone retail store, at cheaper prices.
-
Step 3
Search eBay for accessories for your specific brand and model of cell phone. eBay is one of the best places to buy cheap accessories for cell phones, iPods, digital cameras, and other electronics. Do not be afraid to buy overseas. You can often get up to a 90% discount by purchasing products from overseas eBay sellers.

on 11/1/2009 As long as they honestly qualify and use it for emergency reasons, I am in agreement. I have heard that many times it is being used for drug running. Hard to control this. Our country is in trouble. thanks for the tips for those who honestly are needy. Cajun

on 7/17/2009 I just came across a really great product called Phone Slipper. Found it on overstock.com for 18.99. Its a silicone skin to protect your phone but doubles as a holder for your ID, credit card or even cash. Awesome idea! I got two, one for my Blackberry Curve and one for my I-Phone.
