Stuffed Peppers, this dish is easy to prepare and you don't even need to use the oven. And since these days our lives are very busy juggling work, family, and friends this dish can be prepared quickly in about an hour. If you like to think ahead you can make the dish put it in the fridge and quickly reheat it the following day. It is fast, easy, and everyone will enjoy the taste. Serve with white rice on the side or you may also place the rice on the dish and lay the stuffed pepper on top. Enjoy!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Green Bell Peppers
  • Chop Meat
  • Rice
  • 6 (4oz) cans of tomato sauce
  • 1 Large egg
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  1. Step 1

    Cook one cup of white rice. Drain.

  2. Step 2

    In a large bowl mix chop meat, 1/2 cup of white rice, 1 egg, dash of salt and pepper and 2oz of tomato sauce

  3. Step 3

    Cut the top of the peppers and clean out the seeds.

  4. Step 4

    Take the chop meat mixture and stuff the peppers.

  5. Step 5

    Place stuffed peppers in a large pot and add the cans of tomato sauce.

  6. Step 6

    Cook on a medium to low flame for one hour or until the peppers are soft.
