This is a zesty, creamy, hot dip. It is easy and quick to make. Serves 4 to 8 People.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup asiago cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 stick butter, 1/8 cup sour cream, 2 garlic cloves, pinch red pepper flakes, pinch black
  1. Step 1

Rinse, drain and blot dry canned artichoke hearts, dice and set aside. Mince garlic, set aside.

  2. Step 2

In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, cream cheese, asiago cheese, parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

  3. Step 3

Add sour cream. Pour in milk a little at a time until you get a smooth creamy texture. Add a little more milk if necessary. The consistency should not be too runny and not too thick.

It should be similar to the consistency of a frosty from Wendy's.

  4. Step 4

Add garlic, red pepper, black pepper and onion powder.

Seasoning is all preference! Add more red pepper for more zing, less or more garlic etc. You can also add paprika and cayenne pepper if you want it more spicy.

  5. Step 5

Mix in artichokes and spinach. Serve in a bread bowl or dish immediately.

Tips & Warnings
  • If desired you can put it in a glass dish, top with mozzarella and asiago cheese, bake in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees until golden brown and garnish with sliced tomatoes.
