To get soft feet that are callus-free, you don't need to have a pedicure every week. Simply whip up a natural foot scrub to smooth away calluses from the skin and do the labor yourself. The scrub will moisturize the underlying skin as you scrub. Try using an all-natural foot scrub daily on calluses until they have been thoroughly removed. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • Mixing bowl
  • 1 tbsp. sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. calendula oil
  • 3 drops orange oil
  • 3 drops lemon balm oil
  • Towel

Instructions

      Pour the sea salt into a small mixing bowl, then add in the calendula oil, orange oil and lemon balm.

      Stir all of the mixture together thoroughly, then cover it with a lid or plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.

      Store the mixture in the fridge until you plan to use it, but be sure to put it in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before use.

      Soak the foot, or feet, in warm water for 20 to 30 minutes.

      Using a a teaspoon of the mixture at a time, put it over a callused area and massage it against the skin in a circular motion. Do this for about three minutes for each area.

      Rinse the mixture off with warm water when you're done and dry the feet with a towel.

      Store any leftover mixture in the fridge. It will stay fresh for about five days.
