How to Make a Foot Scrub to Remove Calluses

This natural foot scrub will help to scrub away calluses from the skin, and moisturize the skin underneath as it does.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Tablespoon of Sea Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of Calendula Oil
  • 3 Drops of Orange Oil
  • 3 Drops of Lemon Balm Oil
  1. Step 1

    Pour the sea salt into a small mixing bowl, then add in the calendula oil, orange oil and lemon balm.

  2. Step 2

    Stir all of the mixture together thoroughly, then cover it with a lid or plastic wrap and put it in the fridge.

  3. Step 3

    Store the mixture in the fridge until you plan to use it, but be sure to put it in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before use.

  4. Step 4

    Soak the foot, or feet, in warm water for 20-30 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Using a a teaspoon of the mixture at a time, put it over a callused area and massage it against the skin in a circular motion. Do this for about 3 minutes for each area.

  6. Step 6

    When you're done, just rinse the mixture off with warm water.

  7. Step 7

    Any leftover mixture can be stored in the fridge, and will stay fresh for about 5 days.
