Things You'll Need:
- 3 peeled and diced potatoes (She used Yukon Gold Potatoes and left the skins on)
- 2 celery stalks diced
- 1 small finely chopped onion
- 3/4 cup diced cooked turkey ham
- 1 cup carrots diced
- 1- 32 box chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk

Step 1
PotatoesPut the potatoes, celery, onion, turkey ham, carrots and chicken broth in a big pot bring to a boil. Turn down heat (medium heat) and cook until potatoes are soft, that will take about 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2
ButterIn a separate pan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour, and cook, stirring constantly until thick, about 1 minute.
Slowly stir in milk until all of the milk has been added. Continue stirring over medium-low heat until thick, 4 to 5 minutes. -
Step 3
MilkStir the milk mixture into the pot, and cook soup until heated through. Add Salt and Pepper and serve immediately.
