Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Whenever using public showers or locker rooms, be sure to wear shower shoes. You should also wear these whenever in a steam room or public pool (the surrounding area).

  2. Step 2

Whenever possible, wear shoes that breathe properly, or are open toed.

  3. Step 3

If you have a tendency to sweat a lot, you should wear shoes that help your feet breathe. You should also purchase socks that are made to help prevent sweating or help to absorb the sweat. Changing socks throughout the day as necessary would work well if you can bring an extra pair with you throughout the day.

  4. Step 4

If you wear shoes without sicks, sprinkle foot powder into your shoes before you put them on. You should also carry extra powder with you for a mid day touch up if possible.
