This garlic oil will help to treat athletes foot. Use it nightly until the athletes foot is gone. I also suggest using it every few days as a preventative if you get athletes foot often.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 15 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon of Tea Tree Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Powdered Lavender
  • 15 Drops of Clove Oil
  1. Step 1

Pour the olive oil into a small sauce pan.

  2. Step 2

Cut the garlic cloves into quarters, then put them into the olive oil and stir them in gently.

  3. Step 3

Put the heat to low, and let the garlic infuse the oil for about an hour and a half.

  4. Step 4

Strain the oil into a small mixing bowl, making sure none of the oil ends up in the bowl.

  5. Step 5

Add the powdered lavender, then stir the mixture together thoroughly.

  6. Step 6

Allow the oil to reach room temperature.

  7. Step 7

Add in the tea tree oil and clove oil, then whisk the mixture together gently.

  8. Step 8

Pour the oil into a small bottle, you can use a recycled lotion or massage oil bottle that's been cleaned out properly. You could also use a glass jar with a lid.

  9. Step 9

Between uses, store the mixture in the fridge and it will stay fresh for 3 months. Just take out from the fridge and allow it to reach room temperature before use.

  10. Step 10

To use the oil treatment, just cover the feet in the oil then put on a pair of thick soaks. Leave the treatment on overnight, then rinse off in the morning.
