If you are a smoker, coffee or tea drinker or just seem to get stubborn stains on your dentures for no reason, you can remove the stains easily.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

REMOVE AND SCRUB - The first thing that you will want to do is scrub the dentures with water and baking soda to remove any debris. You can also brush your tongue and gums with water and baking soda and rinse your mouth out with it as well.

  2. Step 2

SOAK - Next soak your dentures in a mixture of half water and half hydrogen peroxide. Make sure that your dentures are totally covered with the mixture. Soak overnight or at least for 1/2 hour.

  3. Step 3

If the stain is still there, you may need to use bleach. Put household bleach in a glass bowl and soak the dentures until the stain is removed. After soaking rinse for 3 minutes or more. Then give your dentures a good scrubbing with toothpaste to freshen them up and make them ready for wearing.
