The first thing you need to do in order to make your cheese biscuits is combine the Bisquick, whole milk, chopped chives, and cheddar cheese into a soft dough. Use your wooden spoon to gently, but thoroughly, beat the cheesy mixture for about half a minute.

2
Grease your cookie sheet with a generous amount of butter, and then spoon your cheese biscuit mixture onto the cookie sheet. One great trick here is to make sure that you smooth down the tops of your cheese biscuits just a little; otherwise the cheesy Bisquick mix will make sharp points at the top of the biscuits when they are done baking.

Pop your cheese biscuits in the oven for about 7 to 10 minutes. If you are anything like me, you will constantly check your oven while the biscuits are baking in order to make sure that they don't burn.

While your cheese biscuits are baking, grab your butter out of the refrigerator and melt it on the stove top. Add the garlic powder into the melted butter, and remove it from the stove. Make absolute certain that you are using garlic powder here, not garlic salt.

After your cheese biscuits have finished baking, you will want to brush a generous amount of the garlic butter that you have just prepared onto each one. Make sure to serve your cheddar biscuits while they are piping hot. Enjoy!
