1
Moisten outside of boots lightly with cold water. Do not submerge them in water. If you soak the boots you will cause them to lose their shape.
-
2
Apply UGG Cleaner Conditioner to the surface of the boots. Dilute the cleaning solution to half strength with water. Take a sponge with the cleaner on it and rub it gently into the surface until it foams. Once you have scrubbed the entire surface, rinse lightly with a clean sponge dipped in clean water.

Stuff your boots or shoes with paper towels to hold the structure of the boot once it is cleaned. The weight of the boots when they are wet may cause them to lose their shape. The paper towels will absorb some of the moisture that has come through the outer shell of the boots. Put them in a cool place with low light to let them dry. This process will take approximately 24 hours.

Tips & Warnings
Washing by machine is not recommended because the soles may be damaged.
Apply a water- and stain-resistant coating -- such as UGG Sheepskin Water and Stain Repellent -- to the boots to minimize stains and dirt.
You can buy replacement insoles for UGGs -- some of them washable -- so if your boots have an odor problem consider replacing or washing the insoles.
Sometimes the boots will shrink slightly after washing. This is normal and you can expect them to stretch back out when you wear them.
Most UGG boots are intended for indoor wear. Keep away from rain and snow
