How to Make Foam With a Saeco Incanto Espresso Machine
The Saeco Incanto espresso machine takes the fuss out of making the perfect foam through its steam wand and sleeve. This steam wand creates a suction underneath that draws the milk up and pushes it out with the steam, to make the process automatic. You will be able to make as much as you desire by simply keeping the steam wand in the cup of milk for a longer period of time for more foam (2 minutes after milk is heated), or a shorter amount of time for less (1 minute after milk is heated). Does this Spark an idea?

Open the steam path by turning the side knob on your Saeco Incato counterclockwise. Wait for any residual water to come out. Turn off the steam path by turning the knob clockwise when it is pure steam that comes out. Pour out the water that was captured, so the container is completely empty.
