How to Make My Blog More Interactive

Grow a more dynamic blog by encouraging your visitors to interact with you and each other. Read below for a few easy tips to make an interactive blog.

1. Encourage Comments - It's actually proven visitors are more likely to comment if you simply ask them to leave a comment.

2. Ask Questions - Ask the question in the title of the post. You can also ask questions in the middle of your blog. Either way, people like to answer questions.

3. Be Open-Ended - Don't hog all of the "good points". Don't cover every angle of your post. People will state the obvious, let them.

4. Respond to Comments - Interact with others who leave comments. You're allowed; it's acceptable to leave comments on your own blog. Show your readers their comments are valued by creating a sense of an active community.

5. Don't be a Know-It-All - Allow your gaps of knowledge to be an open door to comments.

6. Ignite Controversy - Use caution, you don't want your visitors at each others throats - or do you?
