Step 1
Exfoliate Before Applying Sunless Tanner to Your FaceExfoliate
To get the best results when you apply sunless tanner to your face you MUST exfoliate. Get yourself a facial scrub. I suggest using one with natural ingredients. These are so great at exfoliating your face and sloufing off all that dead skin. I love how my face feels after a scrub! Exfoliating will help prepare the skin for the sunless tanner, giving it a smooth surface. Tanner absorbs more into dry skin, making that skin darker than the rest and you don't want that. So, before applying sunless tanner to your face always exfoliate first, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry with a towel. -
Step 2
Apply Moisturizer with Sunless Tanner for Best ResultsMoisturize and Application
Moisture is extremely important in insuring an even coat of sunless tanner. So, when you apply sunless tanner to your face, apply it with moisturizer. One with SPF protection is ideal. For best results, use a cotton ball to dab a little moisturizer and a little sunless tanner onto your face. Now use the cotton ball to mix the tanner and moisturizer together gently. Then smooth it evenly over the entire face. Avoid the hair line, eye brows and eye area. -
Step 3
Apply Sunless Tanner to Your Face at Least Every Three DaysApply Often
It only takes a few days for a sunless tan to start to fade. Be sure and apply sunless tanner to your face often to keep your sun-kissed glow looking great all summer. It should be applied at least every 3 days to keep it looking gorgeous.
