on 7/1/2009 Okay -- it's only 9:30 AM and I want some tamale pie casserole! It sounds yummy! And, it's quick and easy to make, which is really appealing to me because I don't have time to spend in kitchen. I've got articles to read and write on e-how! Great recipe. Thanks for sharing!

on 6/6/2009 This sounds great. I'll have to leave out the Jalepeno Pepper or my husband won't eat it. I now know why kitchen used to have walls that blocked it off from the rest of the house. It was so we could cook without everyones nose in it our recipes. I wonder what mom use to hide in our food.
