It's a fun aisle to walk down though.NO PROCESSED FOODS. Forget about eating this stuff it is not healthy. The box is healthier than what is in it.

Nevermind the eggs.Reduce your consumption of white foods. Bleached flour, iodized salt, white sugar, and pasta are among the list of white foods.

Oh my! Which one do I choose?Lose the saturated fats, the cholesterol, and animal proteins. These are the bad fats that make us fat. An example is using butter in place of margarine. You may be surprised at how well it makes things taste, but keep it to a minimum as well.

Tasty.Eat more cabbage and add olive oil, flaxseed oil, or rapeseed oil to your diet. Yogurt is good for you too. Try putting thyme and/or lavender in your cooking it’s believed to slow down the aging process. Let’s not forget our friends, the whole grains.

I like this kind of snack.Try eating healthy snacks like nuts, plain popcorn, whole grain crackers, seeds, and of course, fruit and vegetables.
