Purchase a full spectrum light bulb from home and garden stores or the internet. You can find bulbs that fit into regular lamps to place near or on your desk. The bulbs are also available in the light tubes to insert into existing overhead lights. Light boxes are available; although they cost a lot more.

Hang a beautiful picture of an outdoor scene or upload a picture to your screen saver.

Hang a fake window. I have one with shutters on the sides and mirrors in place of the glass window panes. You can make one from an old discarded wood window and insert pictures or reflective paper behind the glass to create a scene. Fake window scenes made of paper are also available on the internet.
