How to Make a Floating Pond Fountain

Spruce up your pond by installing a floating fountain. Floating fountains come in a wide range of styles, including water lilies, alligators, frogs or a simple spray. Floating pond fountains don't take long to install, and help keep the pond clean.

Things You'll Need

• Floating fountain kit
• Floating feature

Instructions

1. 

   Choose a fountain kit. The kit will contain tubing and a separate pump. Connect the tubing to the pump according to the enclosed directions.

2. Add the water feature to the opposite end of the tubing, such as a frog or alligator.

3. Submerge the pump and plug it in.

4. Adjust the water pressure to control how fast you want the fountain to float across the surface.
