How to Report Workman's Comp Fraud
If someone gets injured while at work and is unable to return to work, then worker's compensation insurance, commonly called workman's comp, assists that worker. Workman's comp is supposed to be utilized only by workers that really cannot return to work due to a medical condition; however, some workers do claim it when they do not need to. If you know of a worker committing fraud, you can easily report her to the proper authorities.
