How to Make a Wooden Wall Clock
Making wooden clocks does not have to be hard or detailed. They can be made in any size to fit any size wall. This simple project requires only one cut so you don't have to have knowledge in woodworking, but yet you can achieve the beauty of natural wood in your home decor.

Determine where the clock will hang. This should be in a wall stud. Hammer a nail in place. Hang the clock to the nail with the hook that is attached to the top of the clock mechanism. Some adjustment may be needed in order for the clock to hang straight by shifting the clock slightly while on the nail. If the position does not include a wall stud, use a picture hanger in the wall. This hanger holds the weight of the clock without pulling out of the wall. Make sure the hanger is sized close to the weight of the clock.

Tips & Warnings
Put the numbers in an odd design for a whimsical look. Use old barn wood and leave the wood raw for a primitive look. Wood burn the numbers in the clock for a different look.
