How to Make a Candle Without Using Wax or a Wick
Candles have long been popular among all age groups. Now, you can have a decorative candle without the melting wax or being a fire hazard. Making candles without a wick or wax can be done with just a few items. This is a fun project, and once you make one you will think of all kinds of things to make them out of. Things You'll Need
- Metal candle holder, any style
- Electric tea light kit
- Drill with small bit
- Polished rocks, any color, or seashells

Drill a hole in the bottom of any metal candle holder. If the candle holder already has small holes in it, you will not need to drill a hole.

Thread the electrical cord from the tea light kit into the hole in the bottom or one of the holes in the side as close to the bottom as possible. Place rocks or seashells halfway up the candle holder.

Position the candle where the electrical cord is in the back of the candle and then plug it in.
