Drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Ashley drinks coffee to speed up her metabolism and keep her energy up. Do not overindulge, however, and drink two glasses of water for every cup of coffee you drink during the day.

Take aerobics classes on days when you are not in yoga. Ashley takes high-impact aerobics classes, although low-impact provides benefits as well.

Do leg lifts every night before bed. This is one of Ashley's favorite exercises, and she often does them even if she hasn't made it to the gym that day. Leg lifts add curves to legs and train you to be more balanced.

Eat your greens. Ashley takes this rule very seriously; her main diet consists of salads. Greens clean out your system and help you to lose weight when consumed in place of meat. An easy way to incorporate greens is to substitute your usual lunch with salads.
