How to Make Your Own Printable Exercise Chart

Make your own printable exercise chart to organize your exercising schedule. List the exercises you like to do, how often you want to do them and for how long each time. You can even add an extra box to check off the exercises as you do them. Personalize a printable exercise chart for every member of your family.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Word-processing program
  • Printer
  • Paper
  1. Step 1

    Open a blank document in your word processor and go to "File" > "Page Setup." Click on "Source, Size & Orientation" and change the orientation to "Landscape."

  2. Step 2

    Type your name at the top of the page. Change the font to a large, bold font by going to "Format" > "Font."

  3. Step 3

    Click on the Table menu at the top of the page. Select "Insert Table."

  4. Step 4

    Change the number of columns to four and the number of rows to however many exercises you plan to do plus one and then click OK.

  5. Step 5

    Type "Exercises" into the first box in the top row. Below this, list each exercise you plan to do.

  6. Step 6

    Type "How Often" into the second box in the top row. Enter which days of the week you plan to do each exercise in the boxes below.

  7. Step 7

    Type "How Long" into the third box in the top row. Below here, enter how long you plan to do each exercise.

  8. Step 8

    Type "Finished" in the fourth box of the top row. Leave the boxes below this blank to check off each exercise as you complete it.

  9. Step 9

    Go to "File" > "Print" and follow the on-screen directions to print your exercise chart.
