Take an assessment of everyone's strengths and talents to see what area they will be able to contribute to realize optimal results. Set the goals and objectives with input from all team members.

Have contests with incentives and bonuses which are distributed when certain milestones are accomplished based on the goals and objectives. The environment has to be one that is high spirited and everyone is engaged. There should be a contest each week which is based on what motivates each team member.
