There are five available Dish Network career paths: Satellite TV Installer/Technician, Customer Service, Sales, Corporate Support and Remanufacturing.
Dish installers/technicians install equipment and teach customers how to use it. Candidates for these positions must be able to adhere to safety guidelines, able to evaluate job sites and troubleshoot systems.
Included in the Customer Service category are sales representatives, technical service representatives and customer service representatives. Customer service representatives take billing, service and other inquiries by phone and Internet. Technical service representatives help customers with troubleshooting issues and help them get the most out of their Dish service. Sales representatives help to obtain new customers.
Sales teams are divided by channel and help to grow customer sales as well as sales for direct retail business partners. There are field sales roles as well as call-center sales roles available at Dish Network.

Dish Network has two service centers located in Texas and South Carolina that repair, refurbish and test customer units. Among the positions at the service center are material handlers and testers. -
