2. Take a garlic supplement. Garlic is a natural fungus killer. Eat a garlic clove or purchase garlic tablets from a health-food store.

3. Drink cranberry juice. Cranberry juice contributes to urinary and vaginal health. Eat fresh cranberries, drink cranberry juice or take cranberry supplements.

4. Buy an OTC anti-fungal medication. Visit your local pharmacy and purchase an anti-fungal vaginal cream. Apply the cream as directed to the external vaginal area.

5. Decrease your sugar intake. Excessive sugar can trigger yeast growth. To get rid of a yeast infection when pregnant, drink water instead of soda or sugary juices, and limit your intake of sugary foods.
