How to Attract Smart Girls
Attracting women takes more than a polo shirt and the right cologne, particularly if you're trying to attract intelligence. Confidence, poise and a sharp wit are all important tools when attempting to court a woman. Smart girls can be a little more difficult to attract, especially if you have no experience. However, there are a few tips that can help you successfully attract smart girls.

1
Don't try to look smarter than you actually are. Smart girls are often very attentive and will see through any charades. Act normally and keep the conversation flowing. Share knowledge that adds to the conversation; don't make anything up or pretend to know things that you don't.

2
Avoid excessive fawning. Smart girls aren't looking for guys to smother them with compliments, especially about their intelligence. Constantly telling a smart girl how smart she is may sound condescending, pretentious or make you look like you aren't used to being around smart people.

3
Be open-minded and curious. If there's something you don't know about, ask. This doesn't mean to inquire about every point, but appear brain hungry. Show that you're interested in things she knows about.

4
Bring up topics in which you are well versed. For example, if you're an expert carpenter, tell her about a job you did recently while avoiding going too far into detail. Present enough information to be interesting, without going into such detail as to completely lose her.

Spend a lot of time at a library or bookstore. These are ideal locations to meet smart girls, and by simply being there, you will gain a lot of bonus points. When it comes time to plan a first date, try choosing a similarly intellectual setting, like a cafe that hosts poetry readings.

Tips & Warnings
* Always be confident. Many people are attracted to confidence, and it will help you articulate your thoughts better.
* Never lie to a smart girl. It may be easy to fleece a female of lesser intelligence, but a smart girl will likely catch on to any schemes or lies.
