1. The first concern when trying to find out how to increase download speed in Utorrent, is to focus on only one download at a time in Utorrent. This will ensure that file has access to more of your computer's resources.

2. Ensure that there is no download speed limit in Utorrent. Check this by right clicking on the downloading file and selecting "bandwidth allocation."

3. Go to "download speed" and check to ensure that it's set at "unlimited." In the same menu, under bandwidth allocation, you should see the words "high," "normal" and low." Make sure you select "high." This will increase your download speed for that torrent. (This will still be extremely slow if you use dial up connections to access the Internet.)
