How to Install HP PC Health Check

HP PC Health Check is an application that looks over the status of your computer and ensures that it is in good working condition and properly updated. If PC Health Check malfunctions, your computer won't have the advantage of a program that can diagnose and fix any problems it may encounter. To maintain the productivity of your system, download and install PC Health Check, and make sure to update the program thereafter to get the best service out of it.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the HP Help and Support Download page (see Resources).

2. Click on the executable file under "HP Active Support Library" to download it.

3. When the "File Download--Security Warning" box appears, click on "Save."

4. Save the file to your "Programs" folder on your hard drive. If you are denied access to this folder, save the file in your "Downloads" folder. You can transfer the executable file to your "Programs" folder later if you wish.

5. When the download finishes, click on the executable file to open it; an installation wizard will appear.

6. Click on "Next."

7. Read the license agreement, click on "I accept the terms in the license agreement," and click on "Next" to install the software.
