A baby registry is a helpful tool for those who are looking to buy a gift for a new baby. Registries allow shoppers to know exactly what the baby needs and it saves the parents the time and effort of returning duplicate or unwanted items to the store. A registry can be printed and brought to the store or accessed during online shopping. More and more stores that carry baby items are offering a registry option, and Wal-Mart is one of them.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Scroll your mouse over the option titled "Gift Cards and Registry" toward the top of Wal-Mart's homepage (see Resources). Click on "Baby Registry" on the drop-down menu. This will open the registry page.

  2. Step 2

Scroll down the registry page until you see "Find a Registry" under the "Baby Registry" heading on the left side of the screen. Enter the required letters from the first and last name of the registered individual in order to begin the search. Click "find."

  3. Step 3

Choose the name from the list that matches the name you are looking for. Due dates and locations are provided to help identify multiple registrants with the same name. Click on the correct name to go to a page that welcomes you to the person's registry.

  4. Step 4

Click the blue "print" button to see the actual registry page and to either print the page for in-store shopping or begin shopping for a gift online.
