How do I Print a Spreadsheet?
Similar to a word processing program, spreadsheet software is a computer application, but instead of displaying information as text, it shows data in worksheet format, a system of columns and rows forming a cell grid. Because the system is computerized, when you enter new information in the cells, it updates automatically. Excel, a component of the Microsoft Office Suite, is a widely used spreadsheet program available for Macs and PCs. If your computer is connected to a printer, it's simple to make a hard copy of your Excel spreadsheet.
