How to Become a Real Estate Agent for HUD
Licensed real estate agents go through a series of courses and exams to earn their agent or broker licenses in the states in which they reside. Fortunately, despite popular belief, agents who wish to sell Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) homes do not have to take any special course or exam. The process to become registered to sell real estate for HUD is simple.
