My grandma was very smart ,she told me that your body is your temple, and you only have one chance to take care of your Temple , and you are what you eat .And I learned in science class, that our bodies are mostly water. And that we need allot of water to stay healthy. So drink water morning , noon ,and night.

My grandma always said drink 8 ,8 ounce glasses of water a day. Not any other drinks like milk or pop just plain old water. The other stuff is a treat. So don't over treat your self. Make sure you drink good water ,test your tap water, or drink water from the store, or boil your water. You are what you eat ,and drink so think before you eat or drink. Only put good foods into your body, fresh foods, food that are alive, and drink 8 ,8 ounces glasses of water a day everyday .You will feel better. The bigger you are the more water you'll need. Keep that in mind also.

My grandma was very smart, but she isn't the one who taught me this one I have been studding for years. Besides drinking 8 ,8 ounce glasses of water a day to keep the wrinkles away also. keep water on your face all day long. take a glass of water and dunk your fingers into it then rub onto your face, keep your skin wet. You can also use lotions at night and during the day, Water is the key to wrinkles. Drink Water.

My Grandma said to eat Other foods good for your skin like Oatmeal,Grains,Rice Cucumbers,Lettus,celery,Apples,oranges,juices,Most vetebales,and fruits. Stay healthy by being smart in what you eat and drink. And stay active every day. Do something walk around the block even in the rain. Give yourself a hug, and squeese for 1 whole minute. Got to love yourself.
