Select the icon for your App Store to get started. On the bottom bar select the Search icon.

Step 2
Enter Lose It in the search bar and select search. This is a Free App that allows you to track your daily calories and exercise. It has a function that tracks your weight loss goals for a healthy weight loss of up to two pounds per week and sets a target date to reach your goals if you follow the plan. When you add exercise into your daily log it calculates and increases the amount food calories allowable for the day while still keeping your targeted goals in place. It saves your choices so you can quickly enter repeat choices with one tap. It logs your food and exercise choices, and goals, and tracks your daily input quite conveniently and even has some custom options related to foods, exercises and recipes. Step 4
Search the Apps again if you would like to track how many steps you walk in a specified time period. StepTrakLite is a Free App that will handle that task for you. Some walking experts say that walking 10,000 steps a day will give good weight loss results. Did I mention this is a Free App?

Step 5
Add fun to your walking or dancing workouts by adding WalkNPlay. This is a great little Free App that allows you to compete with a pre-programmed simulated buddy. You set the simulator's fitness level to light, moderate or high, choose an avatar, put in a few statistics regarding your self and you have a built in motivator to compete with you. You can even register to compete with others using the same program. This is a great addition to keep the boredom out of your exercise routines. By the way, did I mention this is a Free App?
