Have A "Found Money" Dinner

There is nothing better than a "found money" dinner. A found money dinner is a dinner that you pay for with money that you have "found" or money that you can save up from small items and tricks that can buy you nice dinners after a little saving. Using this money makes it feel almost like a free dinner because this is not money that you were going to use towards the car payment, mortgage, clothes, or anything else for that matter. This article will outline how to have a "found money" dinner.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first step is getting a canister, container, or something else to put your change in. Every day when you come home throw your change into the canister/container, but do not count it until it is full(assuming it is not a massive container that you have chosen), you will be surprised at how much money is in there.

  2. Step 2

The second step is to put a second trash can behind your normal trash can. Throw all your empty soda cans(or any other can, bottle etc. with a redemption value) in the second trash can and when it is full take the cans in to your local supermarket and recycle them. Then take the money each time you do that and throw it in your "found "money" jar(it's ok if it's bills as well as change, that is even more fun to find when you go to count it!). A couple trips will add up fast.

  3. Step 3

The third step is to save your empty beer cans and bottles(after you thoroughly wash them out) and return them to the store where you bought them for the deposit. Obviously you are not going to do this after parties you attend or something like that, just when you buy something for yourself save the cans/bottles and then bring them back. If you take these three steps your money will add up much faster than you think in your "found money" dinner fund.
