Have a fresh water aquarium with male and female guppies. If you have these then babies will happen. The males are the fish with the brightly colored tails. You can tell if females are pregnant by looking for a dark spot at the bottom of her abdomen before her tail starts.

Put breeding grass in the bottom of your tank. This will be where the babies will especially hide from the big fish who will try to eat the babies.

Watch the aquarium for the small fish. You need to watch the aquarium as soon as you see one baby, because many more will follow. You need to catch them as soon as you see them so they do not get eaten.

Use the net to catch them and then put them into the breeders net, which separates them from the big fish.

Watch the babies grow up. Before you release them into the aquaium with the big fish make sure that they are too big to be eaten by the other fish in the aquarium.

OMG! My 2 girls Oprah and Gail (2 female Guppies) both just had babies...Oprah had 3 the other day now she have eaten a few of them..not sure and Gail had 8 tonight..Whew! They are now living in their own baby tank inside the big tank and the 2 moms are living in a 2 bedroom apt. and the daddies are trippin...acting like they cant wait. Well. I refuse to add them back into the general population until they can chill for a min cuz the dudes are hanging out and refuse to leave the side of their breeder tank..NOT Happenin Banies Daddies...lol but I am such a proud gramma...awww..my babies...gotta go...time to feed the babies..muah!
