When you take the time and write an article, you should always protect that article. It is simple to do and every time you click publish this should be done for your own protection.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    To protect your articles from website glitches you should first write that article in word and then transfer over to eHow. Also make sure that you save each step. Simply hit save and preview to make sure that the article is being transferred and being saved correctly.

  2. Step 2

    Another way to protect your articles from being deleted is to make sure that the article makes sense, Your article should have clear step by step instructions. So re read your article a few times over and over.

  3. Step 3

    Your article should be original and not copied from other members or other articles that were already published.

  4. Step 4

    Always make sure that after you hit publish that you also hit file and save page as. This is your only proof that the article is yours.
