How to Have a Marriage Gods Way

Marriage these days have become so glamorized and commercialized, Many couples when they marry have good intentions, but their intentions are built on weak foundations. Marriage is serious business and should not be taking lightly, but God wants our marriage to be sacred and joyful, he wants our marriage to be blessed, so there is only one way to do it and do it right HIS WAY. Here's how to do it.

Instructions

1. Study and discuss scripture together. Make sure you agree or can at least find common ground on touchy subjects. Some churches offer premarital counseling where you can get with the pastor and discuss Gods view of marriage.

2. Pray. Learn to pray out loud together. Pray for God to bless your marriage. Pray for guidance. Pray for the Holy Spirit to take over your lives and fill every corner of your home.

3. Make God a part of your marriage ceremony. Discuss with your pastor ways to visually incorporate the unity with God and each other into the wedding

4. Keep your sex life private. Do not discuss the details of your honeymoon night or any intricate private information with any of your friends or family. You will feel more mutually closer and confident if you keep your private life private. How you share your love and affection between each other is your own business.

5. Above all do not lose focus of Gods plan for your lives. Since Adam and Eve, God has looked down and sanctified the union of man and woman.
