Here's a good joke for all you nature lovers. Use this trick to fool your friends into thinking you're an expert outdoors person. This joke is written as being a "Sasquatch / Bigfoot / Yeti call", but you can set this up to be for any animal - real or imagined! Does this Spark an idea?

Before you begin, look for something to make the call out of. It can be almost anything - really. It should be something you can bend a bit to help it look real, but anything small enough to lift to your lips will work fine.
If you're outdoors you can use an acorn top. But, really, anything will do. You just want something that will make your friends think it might actually work.

Once you've spotted the item you're going to use for your call, announce to your friends that years ago a friend taught you how to make a Sasquatch call out of a Acorn Cap (or whatever item it is you've chosen).
You can choose any animal you'd like to for the call, but for simplicity here we'll stick with a Sasquatch.

After your friends spend a few seconds mocking you, take the item into your hand. Make a big deal of it, looking it over to see the best way to manipulate it into the call. You have to look really sincere in this effort - if you don't sell it no one will laugh later.

Once you've decided on the best way to approach making the call, start bending the item up a bit. Maybe bend the two edges together a bit, or put a little hole in it if you can. Again, anything to make this production a big deal. Draw out the action as long as possible without losing your crowd's attention.

If you really want to push the envelope, put down the first item you chose and say that you didn't get it quite right. Grab another item and start all over again.

Once you've really taken up about as much time as you can, announce that the call is ready.

Take this "call" and place it to your lips. Take a couple of seconds to get it exactly in the postition you want.

Hold the "call" to your lips, take a deep breath, and in your deepest voice loudly shout "HERE Sasquatch! HERE Sasquatch!"
