Things You'll Need:
- Phone
- Credit Card
-
Step 1
First, decide what your budget is. You will need to spend $25-$75 or more to get a flower arrangement delivered.
-
Step 2
Get the phone number to FTD, 1-800-Flowers, or similar agency. Alternatively, you can go onto the website of a local florist.
-
Step 3
You can choose an arrangement. Make sure you know your mother's preferences about flowers. Also if she has any allergies. If you are unaware, then perhaps you can ask a sibling.
-
Step 4
You will have many options. A traditional choice is a vase and a spring mix flower arrangement. You can choose brightly colored roses as well. Then you can also look into getting a very nice potted plant, or potted flowering plant. If your mother likes to water her plants and take care of them, a new plant may be a good choice. You can also buy her a nice corsage. I buy my mother a freeze-dried rose corsage every year. It is about $15 and she can wear it to church.
-
Step 5
Call and put in your order early, EVERYONE wants to buy their mother something nice during this time of year. You are likely to get higher quality if you don't wait until the last minute.
-
Step 6
Call your mother on mother's day.
