Step 1
Forgive yourself. In your early years I am sure you did some things that you are not proud of. You need to let it go. Forgive yourself. Remember what we did when we were young makes us who we are today.

Take time for just you. Sometimes in our busy lives it is hard to find time to concentrate on yourself. Join a Club or enroll in a fitness program at a gym. Try Karate or anything that has interest to you. Take an hour or two a couple of times a week and do your own thing. Get your husband wife or friend to watch the children if necessary and take time for yourself.

Step 3
Exercise and stay healthy. Begin healthy will make you happy and you will feel great about who you are. Organic foods and natural vitamins help. B6; B12; St. Johns Wart (if you are down). Walking, running going to the park to get fresh air.

Step 4
Be Open and Honest. If you are open and honest with others you can be open and honest with yourself. A clean conscience is a wonderful thing.
