How to Make A Detox Salt Bath
If you've been feeling burnt out and stressed from work or just your home life, you can relax and detox at home for little to no money.
Lots of spas charge big bucks for detoxifying bath treatments like salt baths. The salt water helps the body cleanse through the pores of your body. So plan a date to do a little detoxing of your own at home with a relax salt bath!

Things You'll Need
- 1/3 C Epsom salt
- 1/3 C Sea Salt
- 1/3 C Baking Soda
- 3 drops Lavender essential oil (optional, for added relaxation)

Start off by making your bath environment peaceful, calm, and dimly lit. Light candles, and play soft relaxing music.
Let everyone in your home know your taking a bath, don't disturb you!

Next run your water. It's better to run a hotter bath for the salt to have a better effect detoxifying your body. Add your Epsom salt, then your sea salt, and baking soda.
Three drops of Lavender essential oil will help you relax better. You add any oil if you would like to replace the Lavender.

Soak for at least 15 to 20 minutes letting the salt detox the pores in your body. Listen to your calming music, or even read a book while soaking. Have fun, enjoy it and relax!
