Something HAS to be done. We were foreclosed on by Chase Home Finance without missing any payments. They say we didn't pay, but we did and they now say they "lost" our checks. They sold our loan to Freddie Mac B4 they even foreclosed and FM evicted us 9/21/11.....so the problem is a hell of a lot bigger than just foreclosure.....it's more about unlawful foreclosure. Now FM wants $10K from us or they will auction off our personal belongings. My73 yr old mom is destroyed at the thought of starting over now.
