      Make a classic Champagne cocktail with Champagne, 2 dashes of bitters and a sugar cube. Splash the bitters on the sugar cube, then place it in a chilled Champagne flute. Fill the flute with chilled Champagne. Add a twist of lemon peel to top it off and serve.

      Use a shaker to make a Champagne Fizz. Pour 3 ounces chilled Champagne, 1 1/2 ounces gin, 1 ounce lemon juice and 1 teaspoon sugar into a cocktail shaker that is half filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a flute and add Champagne. Serve chilled.

      A Bellini calls for a fresh peach, but use peach syrup if you don't have the fresh fruit. Slowly add 4 to 6 ounces of Champagne to a pureed peach in a glass. Stir gently and garnish with the peach slice.

Tips & Warnings

  • For a non-alcoholic recipe, replace Champagne and any other alcohol with fruit juice or sparkling cider.

  • Drink alcohol in moderation and of course, never drink and drive.

  • Be careful drinking any alcoholic beverage in the sun as it can sometimes have a nauseating affect.
