Make a classic Champagne cocktail with Champagne, 2 dashes of bitters and a sugar cube. Splash the bitters on the sugar cube, then place it in a chilled Champagne flute. Fill the flute with chilled Champagne. Add a twist of lemon peel to top it off and serve.

Use a shaker to make a Champagne Fizz. Pour 3 ounces chilled Champagne, 1 1/2 ounces gin, 1 ounce lemon juice and 1 teaspoon sugar into a cocktail shaker that is half filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a flute and add Champagne. Serve chilled.

A Bellini calls for a fresh peach, but use peach syrup if you don't have the fresh fruit. Slowly add 4 to 6 ounces of Champagne to a pureed peach in a glass. Stir gently and garnish with the peach slice.

Tips & Warnings
For a non-alcoholic recipe, replace Champagne and any other alcohol with fruit juice or sparkling cider.
Drink alcohol in moderation and of course, never drink and drive.
Be careful drinking any alcoholic beverage in the sun as it can sometimes have a nauseating affect.
